Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your MyMus account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the Return Authorization form is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
